Program Overview

This reference design uses Infineon's IRS2505L as the control chip, and Infineon's cost-effective CoolMOS CE series MOS tube for power conversion. The IRS2505L operates in Critical Conduction Mode (CrCM) with low switching losses; although it uses the SOT23-5 package, which is 70% smaller than the traditional SO8 package, it integrates a voltage feedback loop, output voltage regulation, intelligent zero-crossing detection, DC output Functions such as overvoltage protection and cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection are widely used in power supplies, electronic ballasts, LED drivers and other fields. CoolMOS CE series MOSFETs are infineon's high-voltage super junction MOSFETs optimized for consumer electronics products, with voltage coverage of 500V / 600V / 650V / 700V / 800V, etc., cost-effective, especially suitable for adapters, LCDs, LED TVs, LED lighting and power tools And other applications.
