50W lithium battery pack wireless charging application program
Program Overview
• Wireless charging applications for multi-string lithium battery packs, including sender and receiver.
• The MCU uses Microchip 's 8-bit single-chip microcomputer to implement functions such as power control, foreign object detection, charging information reception, display, and over-temperature protection.
• The receiving end (battery pack) uses Microchip's MCP19xxx as the control chip, which integrates the MCU and PWM controller, manages the charging of the lithium battery pack, and transmits the status information to the sending end.

Program features
• A single coil method ( one coil at the sending end and one at the receiving end is used for power transmission and communication at the same time)
• Use proprietary communication protocol
• Using electromagnetic induction technology
• Maximum charging distance ≤10mm
• Foreign object detection: < 1W
• There are status indications such as foreign object detection, charging, full, failure, etc.
• Input voltage: 90Vac ~ 265Vac
• Output power: 50W
• Battery load: 5S lithium battery
• Charging constant current: 2.5A
• Maximum efficiency (battery charging power / input power):> 75%
• Standby power consumption: < 1W
• PF value (full load):> 0.95
• THD (full load): <10%
Target application
