With the rapid development of smart phones and other terminals in recent years, mankind no longer satisfies traditional charging methods, the wireless charging product market has developed rapidly, and new wireless charging technologies have begun to attract widespread attention. Based on demand, Beineng International develops wireless charger solutions, focusing on lithium battery pack charging applications.

 

The solution includes the sending end and the receiving end. The power conversion part of the sending end is based on Infineon's PFC chip and LLC chip. The peripheral circuit is simple and efficient; MCU uses Microchip's PIC 8bit series single-chip microcomputer to achieve power control, foreign object detection, and charging information Receive, display, over temperature protection and other functions. The receiving end (battery pack) uses Microchip's MCP19xx series as the control chip. The chip integrates MCU and PWM controller, which can charge and manage the lithium battery pack and send the status information to the sending end. The power device adopts Infineon's high-voltage CoolMOS ™ CE series and low-voltage OptiMOS ™ series MOS tubes to achieve high efficiency, high power density and better ease of use.
