New energy vehicle cooling water pump solution
Electric vehicles gradually enter our lives because of their advantages of environmental protection and energy saving. However, as one of the core components of electric vehicles, the heat generation problem not only affects the performance of the battery, but also has safety problems. The change of the ambient temperature will have a great influence on the working efficiency of the battery pack. Therefore, a cooling water pump is needed to adjust the working temperature of the battery pack reasonably.
Automobile water pumps have gone through different development stages of mechanical transmission, brushed electronic water pumps and brushless electronic water pumps. The automotive cooling water pump solution developed by Beineng International is based on Microchip's dsPIC33 series of MCUs and effectively implements non-inductive sinusoidal control of permanent magnet synchronous motors.
The dsPIC33 series MCUs have a CAN communication interface, which can achieve seamless access to most automotive networks, realize speed adjustment, and fault code query. This solution has a built-in BootLoader, which can be used to upgrade the firmware through the automotive OBD interface. With the advantages of high efficiency and low noise, it can perform advanced motor control and high-speed applications.
